I love the curly edges on this white iris. I decided to pick one and try to paint it. I used the shape, but changed the colors since it is white. I never cared much for the white irises, but now I have a new appreciation for them. They would look lovely in a bridal bouquet.
Just waiting now for something new to start blooming. The storms beat up the peonies and roses.
New roses are starting. No day lilies yet.
I haven't seen any white ones up here. The peopnies have been blooming for a week or two, but mine are still too small.
