We took a trip to TEXAS to visit Grandma and Grandpa Bill.
We had just arrived when Lindsey saw a HUGE spider run under the couch.
We flipped the couch over to find said spider, so Lindsey would be able to relax.
It was traumatic for her.
It didn't help when Grandma told about seeing a tarantula in the burn barrel...
Don't worry, we got it.
Look closely. Very closely. That little spot on the carpet beside the end of the couch. The speck that looks like a dirt clod...yeah, that's him.
Or maybe it is still under the couch and we just THINK this is the one she saw....
Those tears are for real?
ReplyDeleteYes, from the combination of seeing the spider which she swore was HUGE and hearing about Grandma putting her hand on top of a hairy tarantula on the burn barrel...She wasn't aware there were tarantulas living at Grandma's house. I shouldn't have teased her about it.
