Freeway Safety

This caution sign in Houston is somewhat lacking in clarity.
 
There was no translation for drivers who don't speak robot....

(As in "prove you are not a robot.")

    Probably doesn't matter--most of the cars on the freeways there are driven by idiot speed-freaks who can't read.
